Around noon on Sunday, December 13, 2009, 30-year-old Steven Koecher parked his Chevy Cavalier on the cul du sac of Savannah Springs Avenue in the Sun City Anthem retirement community of Henderson, Nevada. Grainy black and white camera footage showed an adult figure, presumably Steven, walking down the sidewalk, alone, with an unknown item tucked under his left arm. Steven walked out of that security camera’s view and was never seen again, leaving only questions and half-baked theories about what happened to him.
