In January 2009, it seemed like the murder case against Thomas Randolph would be moving forward to bring him to justice for the murders of Mike Miller and his wife Sharon Randolph. Finally, he would face some accountability for the decades of pain he had caused. Throughout his life, Thomas Randolph always seemed to be able to escape serious consequences for his actions, even being acquitted of the murder of his second wife, and serving a light sentence for conspiracy to commit murder for hiring a hitman to murder the prosecution’s star witness in that case.
